While comedian Chris Gethard currently lives in Queens, he will be forever linked to this state because he was born in West Orange, went to Rutgers, and worked on the state’s most treasured publication, Weird NJ. He is also a performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, and is most famous for his show “Darryl,” in which he portrayed Darryl Strawberry. The show had to stop because of a cease and desist from “The Straw” himself. That’s just one of Gethard’s many amazing stories you can read on his blog.
